You would have to double their budget.
I think the maps are already vast in a way that affords multiple play styles and has a lot a lot a lot of interactables and lore, idk if the same magic could be replicated in an open world map where attention to detail could not be the same
Dishonored isn’t a franchise that would benefit from being open world in any way.
