The playstation 2 version of mgs3 substance has the msx2 games in English
MGS HD collection
Looks like Michael Biehn from Aliens cover art.
MGS HD Collection on X Box 360 is backwards compatible and playable on X Box One and Series. Going into the menu of MGS3 has an option that includes the MSX versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2. This was not advertised anywhere the last time I looked, but they’re there and fully playable.
Not legitimate but let’s say a great place for really old games is File-Hunter’s online MSX emulator.
