one of the worst side-effects of my anti-depressant that is not included in the warnings is that almost all my dreams became bizarre, nonsensical weirdness that elicit mostly negative emotional responses…
I envy people who have dreams like this.
I used to have super active imagination, dreams, and the ability to visualize things with my minds eye..
It seems to have disappeared as I’ve gotten older though.. wouldn’t say I completely have Aphantasia but way less active / vivid than before.
I do read less books and things like that, I wonder if that’s help being it back.

I always dream about being unprepared for a flight. Missing passport, forgot luggage, took the wrong door and ended up in high school…weird shit yo.
