I think though, as men get older, we try to convince others (and ourselves) that we are still strong, fast, and tough.
… often, we are not as tough as we remember we were.
My friend’s dad was a Golden Gloves boxer, and a collegiate wrestler. At a BBQ, he got a few beers in him, and felt he wanted to prove his manhood. My friend’s dad (58 at the time) challenged me (35 at the time) to wrestle in the front yard.
‘Okay, sure. Let’s wrestle.’ The older man was still strong and fast, beyond my expectations. He definitely won on ‘points’.
He called me a month later to tell me he had to get **shoulder surgery** as a result from an injury sustained during our *sparring*.
A lot of the comments talking about risks but there is something about the first old guy taking half an hour to fall while cussing and trying to trip the even older man that is killing me.
okay but frreall, as a physical therapist, i gotta say that roll technique was actually really good. thats the kind of technique that actually PREVENTS old people from getting hurt
Man.. that’s risky for that age. One hip and it could be downhill from there.
I guess boys don’t ever grow up.
As long as nobody was injured, this is funny.

It’s all fun and games until grandpa breaks a wrist
Inside every 80-year-old there’s still a 14-year-old asshole.
Those are some spry-ass octogenarians.
I don’t want to get old
Damn, at that age that trip is attempted murder.

The older we get the less we care. Live like you you’ll never live again
“motherfucker!!”
That Dennis is a MENACE!
Youth and inexperience will always lose to old age and treachery.
These men are not 80 😅
Least he knows how to fall properly
At 80 is this attempted murder? Lol

That was unexpectedly good shoulder roll.
shit. tripping could kill a man that age.
That disgruntled “MOTHER..FUCKER” as he falls is hilarious.
It’s all fun and games until somebody fractures a hip bone.
People never stop being stupid. At that age a broken hip can end his life soon.
There is a saying that ‘youth and skill will be overcome by old age and treachery’
At their age I’m pretty sure this qualifies as Attempted Murder
As an aged care nurse, this is like watching a demolition derby. You know someone could easily die at any moment, yet you can’t look away

As soon as my patients start Coumadin
I can’t stop laughing at how he runs after he fucks this guy over, he looks like a giant 5 year old running.
