When I was young I told my mom that I will watch tv a “little more” and I will go to bed. She woke up a couple of hours later and found me still watching tv. She asked me why I am still awake as I told her that I will watch “a little more” and I replied “I watched a little, now I am watching more”… kids are pricks…
Oh i remember this thing when platinuming FFXV took me like 2 hours lol.
Isn’t there some final fantasy boss in one of the games that takes like 7 hours to beat or something? Some giant turtle monster?
I thought I read about it at some point
i played and beat the game and don’t know what this boss is in FF15. That game had such a strong start and then just dropped off so hard after the first quarter of the story. Not to mention most of the story wasnt even in the game but in anime, movies and stories and DLC that came later.

No doubt, the most time I have ever spent on a boss in a video game ever. It became such an event, my roommates who don’t even like the series, got invested and attempted to beat it.
I lost count on the amount of tries, but surely it was in the hundreds.
All optional, too.. not sure why I tortured myself.
I remember starting that fight and having to pause during the middle of it, cause I had adult shit to do. Came back like 5 hours later, praying it was still on.
It was.

The level: Pantheon of Hallownest
*Dies for the 15th time.*
Mom: it’s time for bed!
Me: You said I could defeat the boss!
Best half hour of my life.
Only joking, it was boring as shit.
Perhaps if you are somehow playing the unpatched version of the game.
Once they added the ability to one shot anything with the ring, this and many other fights became trivial.
There’s a small chance you can kill it instantly with the ring

IIRC Yiazmat in FF12 had break periods it was so long.
When I first played this I was under level and had no idea what to do… 4-5 hours later I finally won. Ran out of potions and Phoenix down’s…

Is this game worth playing in the Royal Edition? I know the base game was majorly flawed later on, so how well did it get fixed in Royal?

Yayy another FFXV fan!
Okay for those who don’t know you can get an ability to change characters. Get this as early as possible in the game. It changes the entire experience of the game, and should have been available from the start.
This took me like 2 hours. It was a test of endurance and a memorable fight. For everyone who apparently can beat him blindfolded in 30 seconds, congrats on missing out on the experience 🤷
Then your mom tells you to equip the ring, NOW or your grounded
As a parent, when my kids gets old enough, I would ask how many tried they have already done, if they had made a few tries already, i would suggest the bed so the brain can process it while they sleep and when they wake up they might actually beat the boss easier.
Just spam the ring. Beat that guy in 2 minutes.
