I think about scenes like this in the USA every time I see people making fun of India and other countries with garbage problems.

Apparently this was a planned robbery where a train was derailed by something placed on the track and then a group of people ( reputed to be homeless people) entered the rail cars and started ripping cartons apart looking for item that could be resold online. These items were then sold to the group that planned whole operations. It sounds like the group had inside information about which rail cars had items worth stealing. These operations are similar to “ swarm attack” robberies of retail stores.
Glad I moved outta that city two years ago.
