Alright happy is allowed but don’t lose your gains bro
[removed]
Been there. I got really jacked at one point, but it wasn’t good for my blood pressure. So I backed off, lost weight. Still have a decent physique, and I can maintain it with only a couple hours of working out a week.
It’s important to know when to stop.
My buddy is like the bigger guy in this. I lift, but not religiously like he does. I run, I eat what I want more or less. He was ALWAYS giving me tips to get swole. He was absolutely flabbergasted when I finally told him I don’t WANT to be massive
That is what we call a “plateau” in the industry.
He just broke the man
At my peak I was shredded but the amount of work and maintenance was off putting so I stopped. I haven’t worked out in 2 years and I still look like I lift apparently. I’m more happier now lol.
I’m perfectly happy with never being happy with my strength or physique tbh
So true. Buff guys are hot; body builder balloon animals are disgusting.
The *audacity*
I literally just took a picture of a before and after of me… I’ve been going to the gym as much as possible these past 6 months… There is not a damn difference…. (I think I’ve reached my body’s maximum capability… Which isn’t much….)

Def quit while you are ahead
You can be happy and appreciate the gains , just never think they are enough. You need a goal and alawys striving for one keeps you healthy and fit
