Watching from home- I brought my son in from another room to come watch the moment he kicked the goal. My dad did the same for me when Plugger was lining up for goal 1300.
It’s not out of the range of impossibility that it will happen again in his lifetime (he’s 7) but with the way the game is players now it’s unlikely he will ever see this happen again.
Generational talent, combined with remarkable longevity. There will never be another Buddy.
