I hope this game will be as original as the first one with its story, characters and gameplay. Oh, and destroy even high-end gaming PCs.

The only avenue I can see this taking is that it covers the full on invasion of the True Ceph seen at the end of third game, or at least something similar.
I wonder how they will integrate human enemies? Cell as an entity is all dead at the end of the last game thanks to Psycho killing their board of directors.
