I have visited this place and taken the tour. The project currently seems more beholden to preserving the history of their deceased founder and making/selling wind chimes/bells than to the expansive vision for civilization that originally inspired the majority of what has been developed there long ago. What once motivated hundreds to volunteer time and effort to a cause has lost so much of its momentum.
