Prayers and good vibes are nice, but don’t forget to find ways to include some action.
What you can’t see from the front of this container are the 50 emergency response mattresses, the four exam tables, eight treatment tables, a hoyer lift, a gurney, and multiple other large pieces of equipment.
Also, I don’t love attention, but enough people find out about this around where I live and have no idea there are ways to help. I’ve been doing this for about a year and a half now, helping to send cargo containers stuffed with things to Ethiopia, Uganda, Somalia, Togo, Afghanistan, and so many others.
One person CAN make a difference. Anyone who tells you otherwise is scared.
