I’d say some kind of Star Trek production. Looks like the bridge and a corridor.
I came across this when I was browsing the Paramount Studios lot on Google Maps. This is the Blue Sky Tank, which is this outdoor pit on the lot that they can fill with water. They filmed the ocean sequences of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home there. When it is not being used to shoot anything, it is a parking lot.
It looks like they were building a set there. Does anyone recognize what movie this was for?

They also shoot music videos there although I cant think of anything that would’ve been produced around that time
