I heard amazing things about this game, but unfortunately could never play it since it came out at a time where I just didn’t have the time or money to play video games anymore. Last night was one of the better premieres I can recall for any series, and read it was more or less just like the beginning of the game.
Craig really seems to have a great grasp when it comes to working with the source material. I am very excited to see how this story plays out

The Last Throne of Us Game
I thought the opening sequence – especially that music – sets the tone perfectly. And at over just a minute long, it doesn’t drag on like some other openings… looking at you, HoTD.
HBO has a type.
Don’t care about the visuals (though they are cool), I’m just thrilled they used the theme from the game. It’s a beautiful, haunting theme that’s both hopeful and depressing and fits the tone perfectly.
First few seconds gave me a GoT map development vibe.
Those are some HBO credits, alright.

Can someone tell me how rough the first episode is? Like, will I cry? Will I tear up? Will I lose it completely like when Powder is screaming for Vi?
This and the Daredevil openings are my favourites

How do I watch Last of Us? I can’t afford to keep picking up streaming service after streaming service. It’s getting as expensive as cable.
God I love the theme, it made me pick my classical guitar back up and learn it. Teared up when I heard this beautiful composition again for the shiw
