This is a horrible sketch, made even worse by the horrible laugh track. Horrible!
Some of the most underrated and underappreciated comedians ever. Oh well, they’re our little secret like The Hip.
Was that canned laughter or did they seriously laugh at EVERYTHING?
This was mostly cast against type. Kevin is usually the more expressive victim while Dave is usually the one causing problems. It feels like they wrote this sketch that way and decided to switch parts.

the video tapes, price tag sticker gun, absence of cell phones, the normal wrist watch and those yellow headphones really date this sketch. sure makes me feel old.
