Love that Gibson, too.

Playing a brand spanking new ’57* Les Paul Goldtop! Oldschoolcool no doubt!
*Edit: most likely a ’52, even-older-schoolcool!
Sister Rosetta was finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the 2018 Induction Group, well after her most famous fans, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash had been inducted. Chuck and Johnny had mentioned her by name. In more recent years, Bob Dylan noted her impact on his own radio program.
Seek out the excellent book on her life, by biographer Gale Wald, âShout, Sister, Shout,â or the videos of her work, (some of which bear the same title as this posting). As your will see, she was influential decades before the Rock era, and was a pioneer in every sense.
Huh, didnât know she used a Les Paul. Then again, this was in 1957, way before the SG was even invented.
youve had ten hours to recognize easily one of the “coolest” women that ever lived and you failed, reddit.
I love this lady!â¤ď¸
