I remember this from a while ago and just remember the listing title and maybe even pic could be better. Maybe the title starting with Backer Card –

Bruh, why you buyin’ DVDs? It’s 2023.

Edit: Downvote me you clowns. DVDs have lower aspect ratio/resolution and you could always sail the high seas… DVD is garbage. lol

Poor guy. He wasn’t trying to scam anyone. There used to be scammers selling stuff you can’t tell what it is.
He’s dead now. RiP angry eBay seller

I love how the guy says ‘if you’re thinking about buying a DVD from this guy, think twice’ almost like he’s accusing the seller of seeling DVDs and not sending DVDs.

Every time I’ve tried to sell something online it only attracts the dumbest people to ever exist, I don’t blame him.

The last time I tried to sell something online, I put some form of “buyer must pick up” in three separate places including the title and I still got at least 5-6 messages asking if I could deliver for free.

And judging by how dumb the guy recording this was, I’m assuming he was one of them.

I sell a particular item on eBay that only fits a very specific few tools. I go to great lengths to indicate that this is a specialty item including paying extra for a subtitle, an in-depth description with the exact models it fits, and even created gallery photos with clear visual graphic indicators which clearly show what it is and is not compatible with.

One out of every 10 purchasers end up doing a return because they didn’t bother to read any of it. These are >$100 items.

Conclusion: people are f’n stupid, and I feel this guy’s pain.

Just put “Backer Card for….” up front and not the last 2 words of a 10 word title? More likely to hit with the backer card community (?) and would save a lot of the negative review hassle..
