Great lists! Mine would include some, but I teally think you left out some good ones:
Don’t Come Around Here No More – Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
King of Rock – Run DMC
Head Over Heels – TFF
Simple Minds as an Honourable Mention on one and missing from the other is the worst thing about these lists. All the other songs *are* bangers though.
These lists remind me of how much I hated popular music in the 80s.
