Can’t wait to see them in April!
This is one of my favorite performances of all time.
After watching it years ago I found this classic when a few of these guys were still around university at University of North Texas
Michael League, Cory Henry, and Nathaniel Townsley
its so calming and nice, just a super relaxing jam session.
Every time I hear this I get excited until that slow clown-like horn kicks in.
Larnell Lewis learned the drum parts for this concert by listening to recordings on his way to Europe and had less than a day of rehearsals after that. Absolutely crazy.
The looks on Shaun Martin’s face during Cory Henry’s solo show you just how badass Henry is. It’s like every emotion. It’s truly amazing.
And Larnell Lewis is the tightest mofo behind a set of skins.
whatever this is… i hate it
It’s always a trip to see and listen to Snarky Puppy, I was a freshman in jazz band with Mike League when he was a senior. I remember he was asked to play bass…and he just picked it up
Love them
Love watching reaction videos to this, especially by other musicians that can appreciate the virtuosity on display
Is this a live studio recording with a bunch of spectators or an actual live performance?
[Contraband](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYgQEjcosP0) would go toe-to-toe with these guys any day of the week
Was literally just thinking of this song, nice.
