Did you pixellate that yourself for r/funny or did they do it in app?
There used to be a great android music player called zplayer (because it cloned the zune music player iirc) which allowed you to use background art like this for each artist, and you could choose from the images they had or download your own.
If you cast to RokuTV or a PS4 without premium you can select songs & albums by most artists, instead of having to shuffle, & you get a background image. There’s still some ads, & some of the more popular artists have their music set to shuffle only, unless you have premium. Enjoy!!
