Why not just allow backwards compatibility just upgrade the controls. Companies got to stop wasting too many resources on old games.

I’m 32 next month and Gargoyles will forever be my most favorite show. It was one of my only happy memories with my father, staying up late to watch it when it came on, and the story and animation holds up well. I’m even a fan of the 3rd season, maybe because of nostalgia but I don’t give a hoot.

This is so cool! I wasn’t alive for when the show first came out, but as a kid, I found re-runs on this channel that showed old shows.
It was my favorite show to watch in the morning before going to school! It is right up there with the MiB show for me. Never knew there was a game for this, but I’ll have to play this when it releases.
Yea, the Genesis graphics hold up, but the HD graphics look awful. It honestly looks like a glorified browser game and the backgrounds don’t match the artstyle of the show in any way.

IDGAF about the game tbh. I wish they revive the cartoons.
The voice acting (Keith Williams is just god-level on voice acting) and the story of this show were WAY ahead of its time…it’s like Batman the Animated Series in the 90s. The art, theme, and stories allowing children to be exposed to more mature, complex storylines and darker themes were just wow.

Just watched the trailer, and as someone who never played the original game it did not look very good to me. I don’t have much nostalgia for any of the Gargoyles stuff though so hopefully it’s a great game for everyone who loves them.

Holy fucking shit! I used to LOVE this show as a kid. Had action figures, games, all kinds of stuff. The nostalgia hit right now is crazy. Definitely going to be grabbing this!
