Wow. This looks impressively bad. Ozon has enough clout for some people to give this a try, but this poster is absolutely dreadful.
I really need to get a smoking jacket, (bottom center) or at the very least a house coat/robe to class up the joint.
Why would you translate “Mon crime” as “The Crime is Mine”? The direct translation of “My Crime” makes much more sense.
So, another 1930s looking film that will flop? I understand why they’re doing this, the whole theory that the 90s are retro now, which was a decade culturally linked to the 70s and 30s, but…
There just doesn’t seem to be any actual evidence that actual people are interested. If anything, there’s evidence that they aren’t at all, like Babylon bombing despite being filled with AAA actors.
Why do studios not bother making good posters anymore? It is it all just actor contracts or something else? As someone who doesn’t watch trailers, the poster is usually the only thing I’ll see, if anything, before choosing to watch a movie but I probably haven’t seen an interesting one in over a decade.
Wow. This is impressively boring.
Ummm lady detectives?? Yes please
Nice to see Lutz Ebersdorf appearing in something else since appearing in Suspiria.
A French film about murder?
Where’s Marion Cottilard?
