Saw this trailer when I saw spider-verse, it really looks like ass.
The whole cinema had an almost collective moan after the trailer and one person laughing.
It’s absolutely wild to me that they are making a Blue Beetle movie. Like the numbe rof DC fans that care about him is pretty damn small right? And then the average movie goer will have never heard of him. Hell I only know of him because of his small part in The Death of Superman (and a few other appearances in comics I’ve read). He looks like one of those low rent Japanese hero TV show characters. It’s not going to have the mainstream draw of a Batman or Superman so why have they chosen Blue Beetle as a standalone film character It’s mad.
Poster looks cool though.
