AU still don’t have the damn deck available
I wish their deal with Sega hadn’t run out. It didn’t feel right now having the store in Like A Dragon.
oh damn didn’t realize it was real lol
Careful for a suspiciously big traffic cone !
that’s rad
I <3 Kabukicho!
I try to stay at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku (w/ the Godzilla bust) whenever I visit.
In a bizarre way (as always, it’s Japan), the Yakuza series is almost a marketing tool to attract tourists. Which is cool, I work with tourism and usually the industry is not creative as marketing goes, how to expose potential “sites”. Recently Forza attract tourists to Mexico, Ghost of Tsushima did the same for Tsushima, etc.. it’s interesting to witness such outcomes
Ah yes Shinjuku, yakuza favorite place
Those games were so fun for being able to run around areas I straight out recognize from my daily life. Sure they take a few liberties with distances between things (yamashita park being next to kannai) but it’s SO close on a block by block scale that I could get around without the map. “Oh right I turn left here and the station is around the corner”.
I worked minutes from here… This donki got a lot of my post-work alcohol money.
But, it’s more than 10 seconds after Halloween, and no Christmas decorations?! This was taken pre-Halloween…
in public with my video games !!!
Don don don don qui
Don qui joooteee

Do not go into that building under any circumstance. It ruins lives.
which video game?
What is a steam deck?
I really like that one ad is same irl and game. (This yellow/black irl and Orange/black in the game)
Are these things sweet? I don’t know anyone that’s played one yet
*gasp* it’s like you’re really the dragon of dojima!!!
come to ijincho, only one hour away from kamurocho.
Omg I had no idea they game was so accurate
That thing looks like it was built in the 80s.
OMG I ALSO LIKE THIS GAME
Question: is the steam deck good?
I’ve been there! Cool photo.
Well that’s fucking awesome.
photo console name?
It’s clearly a different place. The traffic light in your game is green, while it’s actually red in real life.
I love discovering real world places accurately depicted in games. I remember playing AC: Odyssey and, while on Crete, having a sense of deja vu. While scaled down a lot, the hills and little bay I was overlooking were eerily familiar. I was standing on the exact location of the Airbnb I’d stayed at the previous year.
ドンドンドン、ドンキー
ドンキ、ホーテ〜
I miss hearing them while walking past them and smelling the very roasted sweet potatoes
Oh, ok.
Thats incredible, great game
This game caught me so off guard. Such a great game with a great story. After Kiwami, it kinda went downhill
What game is this?
I honestly didn’t know Don Quixote was a real place
Is Japan everything it’s cracked up to be? I can’t wait to visit; it looks awesome—the people, the culture, the food, etc. I mean they have a Godzilla Rd FFS how cool is that?
