It’s not expired as long as it was kept well. Hope you didn’t throw it out without testing it. Sometimes they have a good nother 5days left at that date. Again depends on how well it was kept “cold”

4 liter? Wtf. Biggest we have in the Netherlands that I know of is 2.4L and we drink a lot of milk
