I wanna play that game.
Fallout 3!
House Flipper is probably one of the most fantasy games out there now. Not only can you afford housing but you can sell it for a profit!
Animal Crossing is the dream: Tom Nook will just give you a no-credit-check, no-interest, no-fees balloon loan that you can pay off whenever you want, and the only penalty for not paying it off is he won’t give you another one.
Housing at a low price????
Hobo: Tough Life
FFXIV would like a word about housing.
Even Fallout 3′ post-apocalyptic wasteland has more affordable housing than our real world
Affordable housing?
I would prefer Stardew Valley
Animal Crossing.
You get home ownership, actually getting to know your neighbors, and filling your day doing things alone or with the community that doesn’t involve wealth. Disputes are resolved by the community. There is a shared identity within the neighborhood and people take pride in it and keep things clean.
You can work to better yourself, your home, or your community.
The life seems simple and idyllic, and at one point was the norm. We’ve definitely lost touch with who we are.
I imagine if you saved the world in real life you would be able to find something to live in
Stardew Valley.
All I want to do is farm from 6am-noon to make enough money to be fabulously wealthy, then go kill monsters in a cave or fish the afternoon away.
In Canada you need to make over $100k to afford a house in the ghetto in Ontario now.
Its wild.
Megaton apartment lmao
FFXIV is pretty realistic. You need a prohibitively large amount of money to even think about buying a house, then you gotta compete over extremely limited space with far too many people. And some obscenely wealthy people purchase multiple plots for no other purpose than to simply take those plots away from everyone else.
I’m sure if there was a rental system in the game, there would also be landlords.
I need that game now
Heck, in FFXIV the houses are affordable but there’s just not enough of them to meet the demand.
Hardest decision when starting a new run, am I balling at tenpenny towers or slummin it with the good folks of Megaton?
When I played Pikmin 2 recently I teared up when it said “Debt fully repaid.”
Me playing FFXIV living in a box.
Video games just appeal to the male fantasy.
I didn’t know the mods allowed posting porn here
Stop voting for republicans and maybe one day you will.
Jokes on you. I’m a FFXIV player and I have so much money but there aren’t any fucking houses available. I’m sitting here on my millions waiting for the opportunity to buy a house.
Hard pill to swallow but if you get off your butt and pick up extra work in a couple years you’ll have a down payment and your own house. Also not sure if anyone told you but you can live outside of New York, LA, London, Paris.
