Was there an 80s movie made about your adventures.
Great shot.
Waiting for the bus, or starring in an 80s sitcom?
Girl in the middle looks like a Jonathan Taylor Thomas doppelganger from *Home Improvement*
No backpacks?
Dude on the left grew up to be a Senator
…and mom in the background.
Kid on the right dressing like Joey Gladstone
I wouldn’t want to relive my home life, but damn, being a kid in the 80s was awesome otherwise.
Holy cow y’all look like an ad for the K-Mart catalog
Every one of you with shiny new shoes, this just screams first day of school
Do you still keep in touch with any of them?
From left to right: successful businessman, News Anchor, comedian, handyman, Tv/radio host!
Tell me what the results are OP?
Oh and in the back left I’d say happy grandparent!
Edit: Also who are you in this? Great pic btw!
I’d be 4 years old and peeking through the window in 87.
I see a happy mama bear.
Ah, life was good.
These kids are all fired up to hear that new Fugazi album
That picture is crying out for an update today
That’s about it. I was around that age at that time, and this is my memory of our ridiculous and disheveled style.
Also, the hair, dear gods.
I wish I had such a photo!
I feel like I have seen that movie.
Different time. Games was outside.
Wow thanks for posting. 87 was a great year for me. I turned 16 and got my license and could drive around all over our county roads. I can still remember the song I just died in your arms tonight by cutting crew playing through my speakers while driving around the Indian Mill.
I need the boys shirt on the very left. Neeeeed.
These kids are now in their early 40’s
This is 80’s I remember.
That looks like a Sears catalog picture
Player has the red and blue shoe laces. The girls didn’t stand a chance.
This belongs in the Library of Congress.
