We need more signs reminding people their GPS is wrong, or at least I do 😂
Yep. TN has one that I thought I was going to die on because their sign was posted at the other end of the road.
I remember seeing paved roads become dirt roads quickly then tight switch back hairpin corners with bumpy rugged rocky roads. The minivan I was driving surprisingly made it.
Same in upstate NY
I live on a dead end road in New Hampshire. We could use one of these because this happens all the time.
You are GPS.
I am wrong and not a thru road dead end.
The last time I drove through New Hampshire I saw an old lady, pants around ankles, squated, peeing on the side of the road. I would have appreciated any sort of a sign so I could have averted my eyes prior to the flappy full moon I got.
There’s a street out here with multiple signs indicating the owner’s house is not a massive soccer complex. The leagues send instructions on how to get to the massive soccer complex. There are also signs leading to the massive soccer complex, which is visible from the road… because it’s a massive soccer complex.
Sometimes this is indicative of someone illegally claiming or blocking a road
Wrong Turn (2022)
Haha i know exactly where this is. Some friends and I came across it while going on vacation.
Is this by chance not too far from Claremont?
BIG NOPE for me bud
We have a couple roads like this in northern MN. Yes, that was *once* a road. In 2002. Now it is not. Now it is a bunch of trees.
There are drugs in that forest, like a sign in a movie.
You weren’t on your way to an artisan brewery, north of Concord, were you? It’s “across the street” (translate to across the street, 1/2 a mile away) from a company that sells smoked meats. If not, there’s more than two of those signs in New Hampshire.
Well sign says it all time to turn back
Tbh I’d still go down the road just to check. I got a weird feeling about dead end, especially on forested area, like the feeling of “so that’s where the road is ended” which is the partner of the wanderlust feeling I have when I’m a kid “where does this road go”. I still have some wanderlust even today, but at least not on the “let’s just run and have your parent chasing after you” level.
“Wherever it is you’re going, you can’t get there from here.”
Pawtuckaway?
You fuckin know there’s a lootbox now.
Want to buy a squirrel?
Why is this on funny?
But that’s the best place to make out.
