Lumens would be the appropriate measure.
It’s funny we say warm skews to orange and cool is blue. It’s really the opposite tho.
The more blue a fire is, the hotter it is. Blue stars are far hotter than red stars from an astrophysics pov.
When measured in Kelvin, blue light is 5600K and orange/yellow is 3200k. But we say it’s the opposite because snow/ice is blue and fire is red.
