    you update your graphics drivers? if that doesnt work then your gpu is not good enough and doesnt support the algorithms that the game needs to run (like DX11 if your card is particularly old)

    Do exactly what the error tells you and upgrade your GPU driver.

    It won’t matter though, that GPU is way, way below the minimum requirement for that game.

    Upgrade your gpu its 8 yeas old and EOL, The latest drivers for that model were released over a year ago, it will not work with spiderman

    There’s an error with certain graphics cards and their drivers, I was getting the same error, with my brand new build and updated drivers. My system could definitely handle the game, but the error still persisted, I eventually just refunded the game after a few hours of frustration and tinkering with my drivers. There’s something strange with the game right now, or you might legitimately need to update your GPU lol.

    The graphics card is too old for the game, and that makes the driver out of date as well if it doesn’t support the latest Radeon/Catalyst drivers.
