Not only did I jam it through the doors, I naded it through the doors and continued to drive through after.
That gold sword elite never saw it coming
The best part was doing this in Coop so the guy shooting the turret was stuck behind it lol
I preferred doing it with the ghost. I hated having to rely on NPC’s to shoot or drive
Truth
they jammed da warhag in da door
That was the end game gameplay of all halo. Where can you get the warthog.
Edit: anyone remember the classic [Warthog jump video?](https://youtu.be/nGQIQljaAc0)
I did the same with the tank in places, boy were the covenant surprised.
Its even funnier when you get in inside the bases in multiplayer and play ctf, and your enemies come runnin in only to be gunned down. Bonus points for using the tanks as a door blocker.
If it wasn’t meant to be able to fit through the doors, then why are all the doors warthog shaped?
Me and buddies back in halo 1 system linking days used to try and get as many vehicles as we could in the blood gulch bases for fun
Had to be me. Someone else might have gotten it wrong.
Halo for me is all about trying to get the vehicles into places they shouldn’t be
The best part is that it actually worked sometimes.
Damn you unlocked some old old memories for me. Good times. And these big ducking controllers
I’d generally end up getting the damn thing stuck and having to some how Jimmy it back out of the door just so I could continue forwards
May i remind you of the first scarab gun?
I always got Ghosts where they shouldn’t be so I could take out enemies with ease in the harder difficulties.
I remember jamming the base doors on blood gulch CTF multiplayer so the poor bastard has to move the car out of the way then drag the flag across the map lol
Oh man, I remember this was the absolute very first thing I did
Didn’t even attempt to play the campaign again, just stuffed the warthog into like areas they clearly should have never been and lost my voice from laughing so hard 🌝
Memberberries taste gr8
That doesn’t look like a natural cave formation
I loved putting that thing where it wasn’t supposed to go and getting it stuck or dying because it hit me after getting out :’)
No, i uh… never halo’d in the first place.
[IT WAS MADE FOR ME](https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_amigara.jpg)
Halo 3 got the ghost through the door right before the Scarab.
That doesn’t look like a warthog. It looks more like…. more like a big cat. You know. Like a puma
question for those who have done this on Silent Cartographer: did the game glitch for you as well? me and a homie used to do this and without fail when we jammed the door, we could get through but it would black screen for a second. After that everything was dead and you can walk the entire map freely. And it was always repeatable, the second that door jammed everything dropped like a nuke hit the map.
I actually got it through
Trying to get the banshee into the final boss fight on Halo 2 was always fun.
Especially to save your marines darn it. Gotta combat that Goldie on the other side.
There was this, but a special mention to every door being ‘mostly-damage Ghost friendly’
Do you all remember the Scarab gun in Halo 2? If I remember correctly you had to shoot a banshee’s wings off, get the pilot to drive it through a tunnel, and then board it at the last second when it was loading a new area. I remember it took me and some buddies hours to pull this off but the scarab gun was soo worth it.
If you didn’t spend half an hour trying to jam the Mako through that gap on Therum, did you even Mass Effect?
shit i got it through the doors
I remember flying the banshee in halo reach at the spire level and my friends hiding inside taking pop shots at me from inside. Boy were they surprised that I managed to crash through it and kill them with it.
I don’t know. Kinda looks like a big cat more then a warthog. More Like a Puma.
