This makes me sad that The Dark Crystal never got another season.
While I’ll be definitely checking this out, I do wish we got a second season of The Dark Crystal. Netflix cancelling that show should be a crime.

Defunctland has an amazing documentary on the history of Fraggle Rock. Highly recommend watching it!
It’s a bold move to try and remake this, and while the trailer isn’t terrible, it’s also not amazing. I hope they can pull it off.
Though, honestly, I can’t help but hate that this will only be available on a single streaming service, and not as something I can just BUY and keep.
Apple tv huh, well looks like i won’t be watching this. Hope it does well though. I love fraggle rock. Picked up the box set when i became a parent and enjoyed it with my daughter as well.

I hope they re-do the intro. In the original, Gobo is grabbed by Junior, mother screams at the sight of the Fraggle, Junior reflexes toss him into the air, but poor guy lands on the wishing well ON HIS BACK!! Always disturbed me, even more now that I have a bad back.
