Best Zelda
Of all the versions of Zelda I’ve played since the 80’s, this one remains my favorite.
Little tip, make sure to kill and loot all the chickens. It’s totally worth it. Tee hee.
That is probably the best one in the series. My personal favorite is Link’s Awakening, but that’s because I got it with my Game Boy on my birthday when I was a kid and proceeded to uncover every secret of that game.
You’re in for a treat. I wish I could play that one with fresh eyes again.

A fine example of a game that is just as fun to play now as it ever was. Good games don’t go stale.
I don’t know if it’s my favorite game, but I think it’s a good example of a nearly perfect game. I can’t think of much of a way to improve it other than it not having enough music.
Oh man just wait. You’re not even to the real meat yet.
Once you master the game, dive into the Randomizer! Becomes a whole new game with much more added difficulty.

I got a SNES with Link to the Past.
Played it until staring at the tv for hours gave me a migraine, then kept right on until I literally couldn’t open my eyes without stabbing lances of pain.

The Zelda I grew up with and still my favorite. Getting the Master Sword for the first time felt like such an achievement.
It is an absolute masterpiece and one of the best open world games of all time.

First zelda game i ever played. Back when it came out. Such an amazing game. It’s the GOAT of the zelda series for sure, though i do love BOTW as well and OOT of course.
I have a really hard time choosing between A link to the past or Awakening. They’re both peak Zelda in my mind. I couldn’t put either game down because they were just so engaging and complete as games. OP, you definitely should play Awakening if you loved ALTTP.
My favorite Zelda. Hands down. I don’t care. Yes, there are some AMAZING Zelda games and all of them are gems. But this one means something to me.
If the house of Zelda was on fire, this is the game I’d grab.
