The toys kicked ass, I wish it had been more popular.
This cartoon was OUTSTANDINGLY well written. I put it on par with adventures of the galaxy rangers on that score. Animation sucked. Great Sci fi.
It’s an excellent series with Babylon 5-style story arcs. I’m still annoyed that only the first season came out. The second season has 3x the episodes. It’s also a shame the series was cancelled and ends on a massive cliffhanger (though after the main story arc was resolved).
I remember this show being SO GOOD. If memory serves, characters legit died in it. (Which is a good unit of measure for a cartoon, IMO.)
My very favorite toy of my entire childhood was from this series. I have such vivid memories of it.
