Enough time for who? The unemployed?
Ah, i forgot the main story is so short
For who? Mfs got full time jobs lmaoo
Oh, so it’s potentially a good thing then that I put off playing Cyberpunk in favor of playing more of the Yakuza series
Do the old saves still work? I have one where I’m at the last mission but was just doing side quests. Will I be able to use that save and just start the dlc?
Awesome!
Replay? I’ve been waiting for them to finish the game before playing it, and that day is finally here. I got a CIB copy for $4 on FB Marketplace. 9/21 is launch day for me, and it can’t get here soon enough.
With any luck, the DLC will be on sale and have all of the bugs patched up by the time I finish the main game.
For anyone who doesn’t know; it’s been confirmed the new DLC starts around the time you meet the voodoo boys. So you can play up until that point ish you won’t miss any DLC content.
If you have a save file right before the end, then when you log in to the DLC, you’ll get a message from someone starting the DLC.
You can also start a new character and skip to the DLC if you want, but I’m not sure what level or story options you’ll have by doing that.
New police system ? As an actual system, not randomly spawning hostile NPCs ?
Lmao 5 day to beat the original game, how to show that you have essentially nothing but free time
5 days?? I barely have my character created.
Nah I’m good
Jesus Christ lmao
lmao only the unemployed have time to finish it. Fulltime job+cooking+gym leaves what like 2 hours a day to play.
Finally out of beta eh?
I’m totally starting a new character for the 2.0 update. I was watching some videos and, god damn, it looks more like cyberpunk 2 than a cyberpunk expansion.
There’s almost TOO many good games updated/coming out this year. I actually feel a little overwhelmed at just how much good stuff has come out. At least it’ll be a solid backlog until STALKER 2, FF16, and Rebirth come out/come to PC about a year later.
TL:DR for someone who hasn’t played much of the main story yet – should I just wait for this to drop and replay the story from the start? I’m about 3 hrs in I’d say.
“Sorry we released a half baked game, and thanks for beta testing it! Here’s the actual game now.”
Don’t know about you all, but personally I’m still waiting for it to be 100% done and all extra content released before starting it.
I’d rather play my games… finished, and not have to wait a year to do an extra mission or something.
Bruh.. I fully intend to start from scratch.
I want shitty police like gta. I’ve loved the game apart from that. Car combat sounds siiiick
Why would I want to start a new game before a major game overhaul plus a dlc? I’m going to start it fresh once it drops
Seems a lot of people think the new dlc is end game stuff but it take place actually in the middle of the game.
Played the first week it came out and I thought it was a decent enough game if you ignore the glitches. I’ll try it again.
Replay lol I still haven’t played it for a first time . I’ll wait till the DLC is cheap
Those are 5 days that need to be shared with BG3, AC6, and Starfield.
Laughs in dad of two children.
I tried it, was not interesting enough despite the nice graphics.
No that’s not enough time, because Payday 3 comes out around then, I still need to S Rank every mission in Armored Core and I still haven’t beat Baldurs Gate. FUCK
Dude, take your time with games, get some exercise, and talk to humans.
Too many games to play around this time for me to come back right now.
Its kind of sad how many people in this thread don’t know how good the game is now. It had a BIG update around a year ago that completely overhauled a lot of things and added a bunch of tweaks. I would definitely recommend picking the game up rn
doesnt Phantom Liberty introduce a ton of new items and shit throughout the entire map? Why would i want to play without the DLC installed
“free update” more like i paid for a broken unplayable game, it is now playable 3 years later. Hope its good.
Oh, so it’s time to buy this game now
Free update… damn. I thought they got back favour with the tv show , but this is just cherry. I may just buy the game at this point.
I remember the days that thought 5 days was enough to play a game. Then I started working.
All I want to know is: can I see my characters cock n balls this time?
I only get like 3-4 hours a day of free time so would take me weeks but definitely gonna start a new game with 2.0 Just curious are there people here that are gonna get PL?
Bahahahahaha. My original save has 75 hours and Hanako is still waiting.
I’m going to do a new save, but I’m not rushing just to play the expansion on release. Already bought it, will play when I can. The update to progression is big, and I want to enjoy it.
Does the DLC take place after the main story? It always bothered me how we got a credits role at the end with the only option to reload the save file to just before completing the main story if we want to do more side content. (I understand given the results of the ending. I would have preferred to keep playing rather than reload a save file and ignore the ending – I kinda lost interest in the game after that tbh).
