weird to interview a bishop of the LDS church about this, bishops aren’t really high level members of the LDS church’s policy or decisions. You would have to go way higher up the chain of command to find someone who actually has insight or influence over church spending on a large scale
This type of questioning should be for someone from the 70 or the quorum of the 12 and the prophet.
