Kingfishers are absolutely gorgeous birds. I kayak down a river where they roost and they’re literally the bluest blue you can possibly imagine, moreso even.
This is an incredible shot setup, in what looks like a cement bridge too. How do you even plan and get this shot.

Interesting fact: it’s illegal to approach a kingfisher nest in the UK without being given explicit permission. Their nests are protected by law.
