truly an epic performance
R.I.P. MCA!
Their “Ch Check It Out” performance on Letterman was great too. Starts with them coming out of the subway station across Broadway, they cross and come down 53rd to the stage door to get into the theater in one continuous shot. Impressive for its time without today’s technology.
Menacing funky ass groove
I have watched this so many times. An incredible performance, so disappointed I was never able to see them live
I prefer the Barbara Gaines show.
[The energy in this performance is off the charts. ](https://youtu.be/GBgf4vWq-S0)
This is SO fucking crisp. Like they are all GOOD ASS musicians, in a very technical way. One of the best groups ever.
ahead of their time.
