With the help of legal advice from MDHS attorneys, they came up with the idea for New’s nonprofit to enter a $5 million up-front lease of the university’s athletic facilities, which the nonprofit would purportedly use for programming. And in exchange, the foundation would include offices for the nonprofit inside the volleyball facility, which they called a “Wellness Center.””
MDHS attorneys aided in this scheme. Appointed to rob the department and protect the criminals instead of protecting the department from then. This is corrupt. Mississippi really hates poor people despite having so many of them.

OP I also wanna just let you know that they also charged it’s students a little fee for the volleyball court as well, they built the volleyball complex in a parking lot meant for the bands practice field.
The reason he built that complex was so that his daughter wouldn’t have to go practice at our old facility on the not great side of town.
