Im sorry but they dont look like kurds. Also in 1955 kurds were living very rural lives, they cant be looking this modern.
This photograph is clearly mislabeled.
And later Kurds in Armenia were ethnically cleansed.

German Wikipedia says Radio Yerevan never really existed, tho I heard of it several times now. What exactly is Radio Yerevan?
