That was awesome to see! I wonder when blooper reels became a staple for film/TV productions?
That is legitimate TV gold, OP. So cool to see classic actors from TVs early years acting like normal people. Almost sad to see Shatner behaving like a regular dude, before fame really poisoned him.
Man, things like this were really hard to get a hold of back then, and most people never saw them back in the days before the internet. Might find someone selling them at a booth at the old sci-fi or comic cons, typically a bootleg or unofficial copy. Could always find neat rare stuff like this at them.

I saw these reels on a bootleg tape I bought back at a convention in 1994 or so. And ever since then I’ve always said “You son of a bitch” the same way Shatner does at 15:50
