At first I thought this was a reaction video and was going to blow smoke out his nose on another funny scene in this movie.
The full version is even better, it was like a mystery. You can see him taking pulls of something but there’s no smoke, making you think he’s drinking, but at the end you can see the rig in his hand.

Look at the time stamps on the full deposition. The poor guy had been sitting in his car for more than 3 hours getting quizzed about a time he saw Amber Heard walk past him. I’d get fed up and drive away too.
Aww, missing the part where he talked about that time when Amber asked him to check the pent house because she thought someone broke in because “she heard scratchings” on the door. “C’mon, the scratching were 4 inches above the floor … that was her dog!”

I absolutely loved watching his testimony. He clearly doesn’t understand the machinations of the court. He doesn’t really understand what a deposition is. He doesn’t understand why the lawyers keep asking him the same or similar questions over and over again. He was just an earnest guy that was roped into this thing and was trying to tell his side of the story. I watched this when it happened and thought “god I hope there’s an SNL skit in his future.”
Take notes Johnny this movie writes itself for you. This will be a monster hit.
