When you’re fighting a Dark Souls boss and you gamble to get ‘just one extra hit’ in instead of rolling out of range.

The Greed always wins.
Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained.
Honestly it made me go back to my fighting game knowledge. Playing footsies and getting in and out is for real.
Is this from the Sims?
How you can kill himself in the Sims 3? Its mod?
Morgot the Omen King for me, that combo with the hammer was the bane of me
“Can I?”
“Yes.. maybe I can, let’s try it.. Go big or go home!”

You’re dead.
I play with colossal weapons. I can only ever get one hit in.
This happened to me yesterday on sekiro
Yolo
This was me on manus on attempt 20 something, got the kill on attempt 63.
“Put these foolish ambitions to rest.”
I had like half my bar left and he had like two hits left. I got one hit then my health bar disappeared
This always happens to me when the boss is 1-2 hits from dying. I was able to dodge during the rest of the fight but at the very end, suddenly there is only violence…
I refuse to learn from my past mistakes, you can’t make me!
Is because in that moment, you realize that you are closer to victory than you’ll ever be… and then the memories of past failed attempts rush through your conscience, making you realize you’ll never be this close… never again… so then you decide you have to risk everything to win everything, because you’ll never, ever, will be this close, and even if you could there’s no way in hell you’ll want to go through all that much pain over again, so you just gamble everything in hopes of getting out of the insufferable pit this challenge has become for you…
Half of the times you make it, and you feel the rush of dopamine hitting you like a truck… The other half, you find comfort knowing that there’s an alternate timeline where you actually made it…
People who don’t like parrying in Sekiro
