Looks like a shop reselling unsold stock which is why everything is clean and in boxes. One of the toys is listed for 1500 yen($15 or so) so not really a cheap “thift” shop.
I lived in misawa in 2015-2017. I definitely miss these stores, thanks for the nostalgia post!!
