I loved extinction rts game
I managed to get an abandonware version working on my PC a couple of years ago. Worked pretty well, except for that one level where you played as the marine and your weapons are taken away, a glitch made one of the doors refuse to open. Had to find a noclip cheat to beat the dang thing. Would be great to get a more stable version of the game sometime, the three campaigns are still the best example of AvP.
From my one and only playthrough back on release I remember the campaign being amazing.
There kind of was one on xbox360 at one point. Wasn’t bad.
Man a remaster would be cool.

The multiplayer for this game was great, asymmetric multiplayer ahead of its time. So many fun memories.
Multiplayer was awesome but getting face fucked was just traumatizing hahahaha
Loved playing the jumping alien in multiplayer. Could never get the hang of the predator.
Aliens 2 Predator
Never got to play the original 3 AVP games but I did play and love the AVP 2010 and I wish it was more available these days, id have to get an Xbox if I wanted to play it at all
All three campaigns had excellent atmosphere. I still remember the fear, playing as the marine, the carnage playing as the alien, and hunter dominance playing as the predator.
Would play the remaster 10/10.
I’ve always wondered why this isn’t available on Steam or GoG. Probably rights issues, but the previous game is available (under the name Aliens Vs Predator Classic 2000).
And then a VR MOD please!
I’d just take a re release in steam at this point. Game was class, you just can’t buy it anywhere
This deserves a remaster, a remake, a sequel, a prequel, a switch port, a VR port, a movie, a TV series. This game is everything.
Sometimes I wish I could erase the last 20 years of gaming and play it again for the first time.
A real 10/10, forgotten too easily.

Man had great LAN parties with this game. Marines VS Alien. 3 of us would be Marines and one would be Alien. All we needed was pizza and a 30 pack and we would play all night. Yeah this game needs a remake, but can we trust the gaming industry to do it right.

When you saw Sierra on the box you could generally expect a good experience.
Good memories
Survivor Mode was always a big hit at Lan Parties. Humans Free for All until someone dies then they become an alien (Drone or Runner Only was our rule) then Humans vs Alien. Each kill the alien gets (or player suicides, watch out for those grenades or fall damage) turns into a alien. Fight until humans are dead or time runs out. As a human do you find a good hiding place or meet up with your fellow humans in a last stand etc. Much fun.
I loved the different multiplayer modes. Specially that one where dead marines respawned as aliens.
