There’s literally nothing funny about this image; it’s sad. Climate change is, among other things, causing way more rainfall that usual, which is causing lots of big floods even in areas that aren’t normally flood-prone.
I can’t think a situation that would cause someone to hold onto a back of a vehicle like this. It would be 100% better to get hold onto it face first.
Must be a futuristic, post climate change AC.
