That’s awesome. He’s the reason I started playing bass guitar. I’m pretty jealous, not gonna lie!
The what?
Who?
Who Are You?
One of the greatest bass guitarists of all time. Cool pic!
At first I thought it was Howard Hesseman
I met him in 1982. Super geeked 16yo asked for an autograph (I had just gotten Roger’s and Kenney Jones’s) John kinda patted me on the shoulder and said “no”.
Still a fan.
And no, I didn’t get Pete’s autograph.
The Ox!!
He died at the Hardrock Hotel in Las Vegas after a performance with The Who. Fitting, Ironic, or just sad?
Bassed picture.
God damn was he so cool and quite possibly the best bassist in rock n roll
Which one’s which?
Johnny Fever from WKRP in Cincinnati
