So they weigh twice what is currently allowed in the US.
I mean, there is also Daimler and Renaut. Renaut’s is on the streets in the EU and Daimler’s is this fall. I think in the US too.

I’m really hoping that engine to battery swaps become a common thing if the EV take over actually happens in the next 15-20 years.
I want to grandfather my vehicle but I have no faith in insurance prices, gas prices, and the regulations making it an easy thing to do.

I don’t know a dang thing about the trucking industry or the technology he’s talking about, but I do know that commercial trucks make up over 80% of carbon emissions from road vehicles. Seems like this bloke’s on the right track.
