Nothing have come close to matching the glory of season one.
Christ. Walking Dead wasn’t even good in the second season and somehow they’ve managed to continue to suck for this long I have to imagine AMC has literally nothing else
I stopped watching TWD several seasons ago, but this looks like something I could enjoy again. Having an anthology show that focuses on different people’s experiences during the outbreak feels more like World War Z than the film adaptation.
I like zombies so I will watch it
I’d be down to watch a new zombie series, just not in TWD universe. The Korean ones have been pretty good, but those too are wearing me down. Just want something scarier and ffs filmed on a new color palette. TWD has knocked all sail out of any dramatic emotions because we’ve basically seen them all at this point.

It is amazing how The Walking Dead used to be the hot thing and I would look for spoilers so hard back in the day, but ever since I stopped watching at the beginning of season 7, I have not missed it at all. It is also somewhat ridiculous that they promote the final seasons as such when they are really just doing five different spin off shows with the existing characters after it.
