Just…WOW!!!!
Magic
Feels kind of surreal, as Steph’s career is the first Hall of Fame basketball career I’ve been able to see from the beginning, even before the NBA with his NCAA Tourney run with Davidson and leading the nation in scoring the next year; I was too young to remember when LeBron entered the league and too young to really appreciate the start of Kobe & Dirk’s (my two fav players of all time) careers. It feels like this moment has been coming for a few years, ever since Curry took the “leap” in 2015-16, just something that was inevitable.
Greatest shooter of all time
Respect from reggie and ray as well

I have missed zero 3 pointers in the NBA. Much more impressive stat tbh.
Why are the warriors basically wearing knicks Colors?
Timberwolves drafted Rubio and Johnny Flynn before him…
The craziest part is that Steph Curry broke Ray Allen’s record in 511 fewer games played.
Ray Allen played 1,300 games in the NBA. This is Curry’s 789th game.
And Curry is still in his prime. He’s going to set the record so high, it won’t be broken again for decades… maybe ever.
Of course it’s against the knicks…LEAVE US ALONE
And Ray Allen retired when he was 41 years old.
Steph is 33 years old.
So…..

He’s gonna hit like 4000 before he retires…
Steph will hit 5K by the end of his career. Bet
What’s amazing is that they called a timeout to celebrate but this timeout was literally 5 minutes long which has rarely happened before (usually 1 min). Absolutely phenomenal moment for the NBA and we won’t see this record be broken for I’d say atleast 20 years
With a WHOLE lot more career to go.
And to think he nearly didn’t have a career after all those early ankle injuries. It was him or monte Ellis and they chose him. Incredible.
Brian Anderson is one hell of an announcer.
/r/brewers have such a great deal with him.
Dude has years left. I’d be surprised if he didn’t hit 4k
I heard his wife got pregnant. he did it from 30 ft away
And it was a hard quick release Curry (TM) type of shot too, good on him. Congrats.
Every time he try to shoot from 3 point range, the WHOLE stadium standing up and pulled out their phone.
I’m not a basketball fan. It’s still so cool to see stuff like this. And, The Last Dance, these sorts of things are so enjoyable to watch.
When he is done it’s gonna be like John Stockton’s assist record. Virtually impossible to beat
Greatest shooter in history.
Is it 2,974 three point shots or 2,974 points made with three point shots?
Edit: 2974 is not divisible by 3 so I answered my own question.
It’s an incredible amount of shots.
How many years has he played?
Edit 2: i looked it up, he plays since 2009.
