How much snow do you normally get in a given winter?
Doggo is amazed by the snow
I was like dang, that’s my dog. Then I remembered he is fat and old. That being said, your dog looks just like mine.
Snow is the best kind of moisture.
It was snowing in Pasadena
Hmm. Are you in Tehachapi by chance?
Southern California at 3,000′ above sea level gets snow regularly.

That’s crazy and what’s even crazier is that it will be 70 degrees in Ohio tomorrow.
Probably Big Bear
Where in SoCal? We have mountains over 10,000’ here that always have snow in Feb. plenty of towns over 5,000’ that usually have snow in Feb. We have gotten snow last week down at sea level though.
I haven’t kept up with this but I figured places in SoCal such as Ramona or Julian near SD get snow because they’re closer to the mountains.
Are we talking Los Angeles?
In my dreams, I see that town
I keep seeing this, but I live just outside of LA Ava didn’t see a single snowflake. It’s not so weird for there to be snow in the mountains, so it’s kinda weird this time it’s getting so much attention.
Looks like Lake Arrowhead or Running Springs!
Stay safe, the roads are rough!
Silent Hill vibes
That doggo is like “what in the slush mofo is this stuff?”
You have a beautiful dog there!
*points and laughs in Canadian*
There is absolutely no snow in Detroit.
Lots of snow.
.*I went for a walk on a winter’s day*
What part?
What a strange year its been, I live in Maryland and it’s been 60 to 70 at least twice a week and we have yet to get any real amount of snow.
That’s just Tuesday in Michigan
Is that mammoth?
Almost died on the road up north the other night because this shit happened while I was at work and idiots kept spinning out in front of me. Low-altitude California doesn’t know how to handle snow.
That’s looking like Southern Ontario weather. Geez.
How cali gonna get snow before nj ): my new puppy needs to see snow !! Please!
Southern California has mountains – tall ones. Big Bear is in SoCal, The Grapevine pass (El Tejon?) tops out at 6-7000ft (I think road level is 5500) – snowy streets in SoCal is not a big whoop.
Now, if you said this was Manhattan Beach – now you have got something!
Stock market is up though
WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED
Meanwhile in Mexico we have 40c degrees
Enjoy! This is why Chicagoland people don’t like winter (well I don’t)! One year we had a dump of snow like this and we built a massive snow fort/igloo thing. Make the most of it!! Have fun!
That’s so weird to see a dog in Southern California
Mean-while in Moncton on Canada’s East coast where we usually get about 10ft of snow over the winter, we had bare grass exposed on Feb 28th (getting 6in of snow today)
It’s been a strange year.
Welcome to the party pal
